Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, KST).
You’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier options.
Multiple items may ship in separate parcels at no extra cost to you.
Estimated Delivery Times
United States: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Europe & Oceania: 6–12 business days after dispatch
Asia (non-Korea): 3–7 business days after dispatch
Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, or customs inspections.
International Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside Korea may incur import duties, VAT, and fees charged by your local customs office.
These costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout unless explicitly stated.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address and contact phone number are accurate.
We cannot reroute parcels once in transit. Undeliverable packages returned to us can be re-shipped (additional postage may apply) or refunded minus shipping once received in original condition.
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery scan with your order number and photos (if applicable).
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Pre-order items ship on or before the estimated ship date shown on the product page.
Orders containing in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.
Order Changes & Cancellations
To request a change or cancellation, email us within 2 hours of placing your order.
Once an order is processed or shipped, changes/cancellations may no longer be possible.
